One of the biggest challenges startups face is building long-term relationships with customers. It’s not enough to attract customers – you have to be able to keep them, too. That was the core of one of the many insightful conversations that took place during Startup Week 2021 in Boston.

The panel session featured Stuti Bhargava (VP, Global Customer Success, Immersive Labs), Jason Mercer (Partnerships Manager, Flockjay), Sara Avellar (Customer Success Manager, Jobble) and Sy Pendergast (Customer Success Manager, Goldcast), who focused on the idea that startups must think about the entire customer journey and build consistency in all touchpoints. If the customer has a good experience, the relationship will stay solid and strong – and it’s a never-ending process that creates a mutually beneficial relationship between the customer and startup.
